Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders after this time or over the weekend will be sent the next working day.

Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 24, you can choose Signed For or Not Signed For at checkout.
This is a 1st class tracked service which aims to deliver next working day.

Spend £60 or more and delivery is free. This will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
2-day tracked delivery service. Full tracking and updates.

Please Note: Royal Mail do a great job, but occasionally delays happen that are out of our control, especially during peak periods or bad weather. We'll always do our part to get your order out quickly, but we appreciate your patience if your parcel takes a little longer to arrive.

We’re happy to accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened from their vacuum-sealed outer packaging.

How to return:
1. Drop us an email with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll guide you through the return process.
3. Once we receive the item back in its original, unopened condition, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.
