Once your order ships you'll receive a Royal Mail tracking link by email. Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday are dispatched same day. If you haven't received a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order on unopened, unused products. Email us at sales@originalscbd.co.uk with your order number and we'll arrange the return. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Our broad spectrum products have THC removed to below detectable levels. However, no CBD product can guarantee a negative drug test result. If you are subject to drug testing, we recommend consulting your employer or medical professional before use.
