CBD EXTRACTS, WAX & CONCENTRATES

Three ingredients go in and nothing else. CBD isolate is cannabidiol on its own, with everything else stripped out, so it gives a clean and repeatable base to build on. CRD, short for crystal resistant distillate, is a refined hemp distillate that stays soft instead of setting hard and grainy, and it is what holds the texture where we want it. The terpenes are cannabis-derived, so the aroma comes off the plant rather than out of a food-flavouring bottle. We blend, set and finish every batch ourselves in the UK. No cutting agents. Most concentrate copy you will read describes traditional extraction, because that is how most of it is made. Ours isn't, and explaining that is more use to you than pretending otherwise.

Texture is the honest answer to which one you pick. Crumble is dry and breaks into pieces, so it portions by eye and stays tidy. Live resin is the softest and wettest of the three, which makes it the loudest to open and the stickiest to handle. Piatella sits between the two: a thin pliable slab you can take a clean corner off. After that it comes down to the terpene profile you fancy, and there are ten across the range, from bright citrus and sweet candy through to pine, lemon and diesel. Every product page carries the dominant terpenes, the genetics and origin, and a time-of-day tag, so you can read the character before you buy.

Our suggested use across the whole range is a brew. Dissolve a small amount into hot water, a loose-leaf herbal tea or a plain warm drink, then add a splash of full-fat or oat milk. Cannabinoids and terpenes are fat-soluble, so the milk gives them something to bind to rather than sitting on the surface. Start with less than you would use of flower or hash. Concentrates go a long way and it is far easier to add than to undo. The Food Standards Agency advises adults take no more than 10mg of CBD a day. That is precautionary guidance rather than a legal limit, and plenty of products sit above it. Not for sale to under-18s, and not recommended if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication.

Keep the jar shut and somewhere cool and dark. Heat and light are what strip terpenes out of a concentrate, so a cupboard beats a windowsill and a bedside drawer beats a car dashboard. Warmth changes the handling too. Crumble softens and starts to clump, piatella turns more pliable, and live resin gets tackier. None of that is a fault, it is just the format responding to temperature, and a few minutes in the fridge firms any of them back up if you would rather portion cold. Use a dab tool or the clean end of a teaspoon rather than fingers, because the terpene character transfers to skin easily. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
