UK DELIVERY

WHEN DOES IT ARRIVE?

We dispatch fast. All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday go out the same day. Everything is tracked and arrives in plain, discreet packaging - nothing on the outside indicates what's inside.

SAME-DAY DISPATCH

Order before 1pm Mon–Fri and it goes out today. After 1pm or at weekends - next working day.

All orders are tracked

Tracking updates arrive by email, usually late afternoon on dispatch day. Check your spam folder if you don't see it - carrier emails sometimes land there.

Next-day delivery is not a guaranteed service. Royal Mail aims to deliver by the next working day, but delays can occur due to volume, weather, or operational issues. Once your order is with the carrier, timing is in their hands - but we'll always give you tracking so you can follow it.

We have a 14-day returns policy. If something isn't right, we want to fix it. Get in touch and we'll sort it out - no lengthy process.

What we can and can't accept

  • Unopened products in original condition - within 14 days
  • Damaged or faulty items - contact us immediately with photos
  • Opened or used products - for hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept these back

Get in touch

Email sales@originalscbd.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for return

We send return instructions

We'll respond with a return address and any instructions. Pack the item securely in its original condition and send it back.

Refund processed

Once we receive the return and confirm it meets the conditions, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Allow up to 14 working days from receipt
  • You'll be notified by email when issued
  • Original delivery charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error

Contact us right away at sales@originalscbd.co.uk with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. We'll respond quickly with replacement or refund options - no quibble.

No - Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims for next working day but it's not a guaranteed service. Delays can occur due to volume, weather, or carrier issues. We always provide full tracking so you can monitor your order.

Tracking details are sent by email once your order is dispatched - usually late afternoon on the day of dispatch. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. Carrier confirmation emails sometimes land there.

No. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or product references on the outside. The sender name on the label is discreet. Nothing indicates what's inside.

We currently deliver to Ireland and the EU via UPS Next Day. We don't deliver to every international destination - if you're unsure whether we reach your location, get in touch before ordering.

No - for hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty or not as described. Unopened products in original condition can be returned within 14 days.

Once we receive and confirm the return, allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's been processed. Original delivery charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
