Mystery O.Z. CBD Flower

Mystery OZ is a Hoku Seed Co. original bred by Floyd - a cross of a Mystery Russian Landrace from his KZ Racer Series and OZ Kush (E1 Kush x Maddog CBG), grown indoors by Flow Gardens in East Tennessee. The Russian Landrace parent is the story: extraordinarily resinous, with a pungent, heavy floral and perfume-like character that Floyd describes as something he could only imagine when he made the cross. Brewed as a loose-leaf herbal tea the heavy floral and perfume character carries into the cup in a way that's genuinely unlike anything else in the range - intense and aromatic rather than grassy or neutral, the kind of tea that immediately tells you it's from something unusual. Indica-dominant, physically settling and heavy in effect. 21% total cannabinoids, 2.5% terpenes. An evening tea for customers who want something genuinely distinctive rather than familiar fruit or citrus profiles.

Earthy, fruity, musky. The dominant terpene in most indica-leaning varieties. Traditionally associated with deep, grounding, hashy profiles.

Linalool

Candy, spicy, floral, citrus. The same compound found in lavender, long associated with calm and rest in traditional use.

Caryophyllene

Earthy, spicy, woody. Cracked black pepper and clove. Notable in research as the only terpene known to interact with CB2 receptors.

Mystery Russian Landrace x OZ Kush (Hoku Seed Co.)
Mystery OZ is a Hoku Seed Co. original bred by Floyd - a cross of a Mystery Russian Landrace and OZ Kush (Original Zombie Kush). The Russian Landrace parent is from Floyd's KZ Racer Series - a line he'd been holding back for the right pairing. His own description of it is telling: extremely resinous, with a pungent and unique profile that he describes as ammonia-like in its raw form. Russian landrace genetics - particularly from Central Asian regions - are known for their extraordinary resin production, robust terpene content, and the kind of deep, funky aromatic character that doesn't appear in modern hybrid CBD lines. Floyd was waiting for the right cross to unlock it. OZ Kush (Original Zombie Kush) is the pairing he chose - a Hoku-bred line that runs through E1 Kush and Maddog CBG, bringing kush density, structural weight, and a CBG-influenced cannabinoid breadth to the cross. The combination of the Russian Landrace's pungent, perfume-forward terpene profile with the OZ Kush's kush backbone produces something genuinely unusual: a heavy, floral, almost perfume-like aroma that Floyd himself describes as something he could only imagine when he made the cross. With 21% total cannabinoids and 2.5% terpenes, the chemistry backs up the character. Grown indoors by Flow Gardens in East Tennessee and compliant with UK hemp regulations.
How & When to Use
Nighttime Herbal Tea
Mystery OZ is an evening strain. The myrcene-dominant, indica-dominant profile and the heavy, settled character of the OZ Kush lineage make this a strain for switching off rather than staying engaged. The floral, perfume-forward aroma is unlike most CBD flower in the range - it's more intense and more unusual than the fruit or citrus profiles that dominate elsewhere - which makes it a distinctive choice for customers who want something genuinely different in the evenings. Best prepared as a loose-leaf herbal tea. The aroma on opening is heavy and floral - almost perfume-like in its intensity, with the earthy kush depth of the OZ Kush parent underneath. Indica-dominant in feel: physically settling and heavy, leaning toward sleepy rather than clear-headed. One of the most unusual terpene profiles in the range. Results may vary.
